The item must be in new and unworn condition. We do not require the outside packaging. Please ensure a padded/tough bag or box is used to return this item to avoid breakages.
At this stage, we are unable to take returns on items on sale.
Found this very easy to attach to his collar, and he had zero problems with it (no scratching / itching at it, extremely high tolerance), the material is strong but soft, so the shape stays in place without being itchy! Love these and will get more in the future :D
