While this bed is crafted with durable, high-quality materials, it is not designed to withstand chewing or other destructive behaviours. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for beds damaged in this way.
IMPORTANT!
To ensure safe and compact shipping, your dog's bed is tightly vacuum-sealed. Upon arrival, you MUST remove the Chasing Winter cover from the bed and allow the memory foam to fully expand for a minimum of 12 hours before use.
