What Is a Martingale Collar?

A martingale collar is designed with two loops. The larger loop sits around your dog's neck, while the lead attaches to the smaller control loop.

When your dog pulls on the lead, the smaller loop tightens, gently reducing the size of the larger loop to help prevent your dog from backing out of their collar.

When the lead is relaxed, the collar loosens again for a comfortable fit.

Martingale collars are particularly popular for dogs with narrow heads or dogs who tend to slip out of traditional collars.

📏 Sizing

Please measure your dog's neck carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Size	Neck Measurement
Small	24cm – 32cm
Medium	33cm – 51cm
Large	41cm – 67cm

Important: Please check your dog's neck measurements rather than choosing a size based on breed alone.

⚠️ Martingale Collar Safety

MARTINGALE COLLARS ARE FOR WALKING ONLY.

Never leave a martingale collar on your dog while unsupervised. They should not be worn during play, sleeping or when your dog is left alone.

Always ensure the collar is correctly fitted and adjusted before use.

Make your pup's festive wardrobe extra special with An Olive Christmas – a timeless Christmas tartan with comfort, quality and style!
