Each size shows the minimum and maximum measurements the neck and chest can adjust to, so you get the best possible fit. If you don’t have a tape measure, use a piece of string and floss around your dogs neck, and then measure that against a ruler. If your dogs head is wider than its neck, ensure to measure his / her head circumference as this is an over the head harness.
