Domestic & International Shipping
We ship all orders via Australia Post. Delivery times will depend on your location and can be checked on the Australia Post website. Please be aware of potential delays during busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday/End of Financial Year.
Note: Keep track of your parcel using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
Ensure your shipping details are accurate before finalising your order. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made. If your package is returned due to incorrect details, redelivery fees will apply.
International Shipping
Yes, we offer international shipping! Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders are sent via Australia Post and will often transfer to a local courier upon reaching your country (e.g., USPS for the USA, Royal Mail for the UK).
Delivery times vary depending on your region and may take up to 4+ weeks in some cases. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order. Any refusal to pay these fees resulting in the return of your order will incur additional charges.
Additional FAQs
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we deliver to P.O. boxes in Australia and internationally using Australia Post.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped. Domestic orders can be tracked on the Australia Post website. For international orders, use your tracking number on your local postal service’s website once the parcel reaches your country.
What happens if my parcel is returned?
Returned parcels marked "Return to Sender" will incur additional fees charged by Australia Post. These fees, as well as redelivery costs, are the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note:
- Shipping times are business days, they do not apply to weekends or public holidays.
What if my parcel tracking isn’t showing any updates?
A: Domestic Australia Post tracking typically becomes active within 12 business hours.
For international shipments, tracking updates usually appear within 24 business hours
What if my parcel doesn’t arrive or is damaged in transit?
A: If your tracking shows the parcel as "delivered" but you’re unable to locate it, please check the following:
- Look in safe places where the parcel might have been hidden.
- Visit your local post office, as the parcel may be held there if it couldn’t be left securely.
- Check for a calling card, as these can sometimes be misplaced or blown away.
If the parcel is missing and cannot be found, an investigation with Australia Post will be initiated. This process can take up to 35 days, and unfortunately, we cannot proceed further until the investigation is completed.
Refunds and Replacements:
- We can only offer replacements once the postal service provides reimbursement to us for the lost shipment.
- If the postal company determines they cannot reimburse the shipment, they will contact us. In these rare cases, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate resolution.
Occasionally, delays can occur due to customs processing. These delays are generally resolved within a few days, though in rare cases, they may take up to 5 weeks. Rest assured, we monitor your parcel’s progress and will assist if there are any issues.
Please note that delays caused by customs or environmental conditions are outside of our control. For the most accurate updates, we recommend visiting the tracking page, contacting your courier, or reaching out to your local postal service.
