Need to swap an item?

No problems! The only items that cannot be returned are treats, toys and 'handmade to order' items.

I cannot offer returns on sale (clearance) items

Please note: I offer exchanges or store credit only. As a lot of items are handmade by me, each piece takes time - it is not just the cost of the product. Because of this, I’m unable to offer refunds without another purchase. I’m always happy to help you find an alternative that suits your pup.

RETURNS

Items must be returned within 40 days of date received, and must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed and fur-free condition. Please ensure to use adequate packaging to prevent breakages in the mail and ensure any attached tags are sent back. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange if these conditions are not adhered to.

There are 2 options for your return. 

 

OPTION 1: Repurchase the needed item before returning your original item and we will refund the entire item cost once we receive your returned item .

Please note we cannot refund postage fees, and you will need to repurchase the new item /size of the same value before we can refund your original purchase 

 

OPTION 2: Gift card for your returned item/s value. Return your item to us and we will issue a gift card once we receive the item
